Our initiatives against COVID-19: Transpose is still at your service.

16 MARCH
With the current global spread of COVID-19, the coronavirus is having a real impact on business and the economy. Many of our clients are asking us about the possible effects the epidemic will have on our ability to serve them.

Your trust is important to us. That’s why we will continue to provide you with full-time service, either from our offices or via remote work.

We are taking the current situation seriously. Following the recommendations issued by the federal authorities, Transpose has implemented a Business Continuity Plan as of March 1st in effect until further notice, in order to deal with the majority of potential risks.
These measures may be adapted in the light of national and international developments. We will keep you informed, if necessary, of any relative changes affecting your deliveries.

Please note as well the following changes in our operations:

  • Any visits deemed non-essential from partners to our offices will be held in remote collaborative mode.
  • Targeted actions have been set up with our couriers (Vélo-Postale, DHL, etc.) in order to limit the risk of contamination and to encourage them to spontaneously convey to us as much information about themselves as possible
  • We are monitoring the recommendations of the Swiss Confederation and will implement them on all of our sites

Transpose is closely observing how the situation develops as well as the advice given by public health authorities. We will adjust our decision as the situation evolves. Check our website regularly for more information.
Our teams are at your disposal to answer your questions.
We thank you for your understanding and hope that this situation will soon be resolved.
